Stock List

The Inventory page serves as the operational interface for your stock state. It combines granular visibility into every SKU with the tools necessary to filter data, configure alerts, and initiate physical workflows.

Data Organization

The controls in the upper-left corner allow you to curate the list view to focus on specific subsets of inventory.

• Search: Locate items by entering a SKU code, product name, or location.
• Status Filter: Isolate items based on health. For example, you can filter to show only Out of Stock or Low Stock items to generate a quick restocking list.
• Sorting: Order the list by any column, such as Available Quantity (ascending/descending).
• View Options: Toggle specific columns on or off to reduce visual noise depending on your current task.

Operational Tools

The upper-right corner contains tools designed for physical inventory management and rapid data entry.

Barcode Scanning

The Scan Barcode feature supports input via the device camera, connected USB/Bluetooth scanners, or manual code entry. The system handles scanned data based on its current association:

1. Known Barcodes: If the scanned code matches an existing SKU, Nooryx resolves it immediately and presents options to perform an action (e.g., Receive, Adjust, or Reserve).
2. Unlinked Barcodes: If the code is not recognized, the system prompts you to link it to an existing SKU or proceed with a transaction. If you proceed, the barcode is automatically linked to that SKU for future scans.

Action Menu

Next to the scanner is the primary action menu (labeled Receive Stock by default). This dropdown provides direct access to all inventory movement workflows.

Plan Replenishment

Plan replenishment (labeled Replenish on narrower screens) helps you decide when to place your next order and how much of each SKU it needs. It is built for teams that order many SKUs at once from suppliers with long lead times. Once planning is set up, the button shows your next order date, or Order now, without opening it.

1. Set up once. Enter how long supply takes, how long an order should last once it arrives, a safety buffer for late deliveries, and how many days of shipments to base usage on. Nooryx assumes none of them, so the plan appears only once all four are entered. They are saved for your whole workspace in Settings → Operations. In the plan you can try other values; they stay marked What-if, not saved until you save them. Reset planning clears them for the workspace and returns the button to Replenish; it does not change deliveries, reorder points, or alerts.
2. Check the date. The banner shows the latest date you can order before the first SKU runs out, counting each open inbound delivery on its expected arrival date. A delivery that arrives too late does not hide the gap before it.
3. Review what needs judgment. Needs review lists SKUs without enough history or recent shipments, SKUs relying on an overdue delivery, and SKUs that run out before any order placed today could arrive, so you can decide whether to expedite.
4. Check the quantities. Each SKU's suggested quantity keeps at least your buffer in stock from the day the order lands until the end of its cover, net of stock projected on hand then and inbound deliveries on their dates. Hover the info icon next to a quantity to see every step of the calculation. Edit any quantity, untick SKUs, or use the header checkbox to include or exclude everything shown, for example after searching for one supplier's SKUs.
5. Send and record the order. Export CSV downloads the order for your supplier. Record inbound delivery creates one inbound delivery with every line, arriving after your supply time. Once recorded, the plan and the order date move on to your next order.
6. Keep alerts in step. Set reorder points sets each SKU's reorder point to its usage × supply time plus buffer, so low-stock alerts open while an order can still arrive in time. Reapply it when usage changes.

SKU Configuration

The Settings icon () in the upper-right corner opens the configuration panel. This form allows you to define how Nooryx monitors specific items.

If accessed from the main Inventory list, you must search for and select the target SKU. If accessed from a Master SKU Page, the form automatically targets the current product.

You can configure the following parameters:

• Alerts: A toggle to enable or disable system notifications for this item.
• Reorder Point: The quantity at which the system should flag the item for procurement.
• Low Stock Threshold: The quantity that triggers the yellow Low Stock visual status in the UI. This is purely a visual indicator for operators and differs from the reorder point.

Inventory Table

The main table provides a detailed view of your inventory state.

• SKU Code & Name: The unique identifiers for the product.
• Location: The specific facilities where this item is physically present.
• Available: The quantity of stock free to sell. This excludes "Reserved" units that are committed to pending orders.
• Runway: How many days available stock lasts across all locations at the rate it recently shipped, counting only days it had stock to ship. Hover it to see the calculation. SKUs with less than a week of history, no recent shipments, or mostly out of stock show that instead of a number. Sort by Runway to see what runs out first.
• Planned supply: The nearest open inbound delivery. It turns amber when the delivery is overdue, or when stock is projected to run out before the next open delivery arrives (Short ~Nd).
• Status: The visual health indicator derived from your Low Stock Threshold settings.

Master SKU Page

Clicking any row navigates to the Master SKU Page. This view isolates data for a single product, functioning as a dedicated dashboard for that item.

It includes:

• Stock Metrics: A breakdown of On Hand, Available, and Reserved counts.
• Location Distribution: Tabs to view stock levels across different warehouses.
• Trend Chart: A visualization of stock volume over time.
• Activity Feed: A history of every movement involving this specific SKU.
